This 90-minute workshop blends education and gentle movement to help participants better understand and regulate their nervous system. Through simple, accessible teaching, participants will learn how stress impacts the body, why dysregulation is not a personal failure, and how daily lifestyle factors like nutrition, sleep, and pace influence nervous system health. The experience concludes with guided movement to support regulation, restore a sense of safety in the body, and integrate learning into felt experience. Participants leave feeling grounded, empowered, and equipped with practical tools they can use in everyday life.

We are sisters who come to this work from two complementary paths; education and embodiment. Together, we blend nervous system understanding with intuitive movement, bridging the gap between knowing what’s happening in the body and actually feeling change within it. This workshop is an invitation to experience regulation not just as a concept, but as a lived, felt experience.

Resa is a Board-Certified Women’s Health and Hormone Coach and nervous-system–informed educator who helps women understand the connection between stress, nutrition, and the body.

Rana is a dancer, yoga instructor, and embodied movement guide who helps people reconnect to their bodies through gentle, intuitive movement.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

· Identify key nervous system states and recognize common signs of dysregulation in their own bodies without judgment or self-blame.

· Understand how lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, and daily pace can either support or challenge nervous system regulation.

· Apply at least one movement and one awareness-based tool to support calm, safety, and resilience during moments of stress.
